Return/exchange and refund policies

Please present the original invoice when requesting for a return and refund or an exchange.

Defective products caused by the manufacturers or the supplier will be exchanged and refunded within 3 days as per the invoice.

Returns will only be accepted if labels, original packaging and invoices are fully intact.

SOJITECH will refund cash in case the customer does not want to change to another product.

– Once you’ve found suitable products which you are interested in, you can place orders by phone or buy directly.
